Tigris are the remains of Hellenistic City which was built by the Seleucia.
Iraq’s national dish is called Masgouf, it’s a tasty freshwater fish that’s usually prepared by being roasted for several hours and then marinated with curcuma, olive oil and tamarind. A few traditional garnishes may also be added to the dish such as tomatoes, lime, flat bread and chopped onions.
