Bragança is a city in north Portugal in Alto Tras-os-Montes sub region. It is the capital city of Bragança district and its rich cultural and historical heritage makes numerous tourists board cheap flights to Bragança. Spain borders the city in the east and north. Museum of Abbot of Bacal was founded and opened in 1915. At that time, however, it had a different name; it got its current name in 1935. Originally, the museum had collections of numismatics, parts of Episcopal Palace’s filling and archaeology. With time, the collection increased and became an impressive anthology of the historical significance of the country.
Bragança’s Science Centre is another tourist attraction which is a must visit for science-lovers. Another interesting place is the Museum Iberian Mask and Costume which displays 45 costumes, route mask in Spain and Portugal and 60 shades, all of which are the efforts of 46 artisans.
