First things first, Naples is probably the home of Italian pizza (it's a hotly debated topic,) but one thing everyone agrees with is that the best Italian people in made in Naples. Tip: There are a number of excellent places to try, but the most promising are the small, hole in the wall joints with long lines of people crowding to get a pizza. Ettore, Di Matteo, Sorbillo, Da Michele and La Cantina di Donna'Elena are some of the most notable pizza pie places in all of Naples. Yum!

The Sansevero Chapel Musuem is a beautiful chapel and an excellent art museum, featuring important works of art, including The Veiled Christ: the statue, a floor labyrinth, statues, the Tomb of Raimondo di Sangro and Anatomical Machines. It's not only an amazing chapel, but has indescribably beautiful and worthwhile art.

Visiting II Cimitero delle Fontanelle is a visit to learn about the death traditions of Naples. While fascinating, they're also downright creepy. Did you know that it's tradition for Neapolitans to adopt a skull and then bring the skull gifts? This was traditionally believed to provide protection properties and give luck and special favors to those who care for the skulls. If you enjoy things like Dios De Los Muertos and want to see a fascinating cemetery and 'worship place' of skulls, than come to Cimitero delle Fontanelle. While the Church is openly against this practice, it's still being widely practiced. If you come to visit, you'll see that some of the skulls are being taken care of. Tip: This is a great place to go if you're on a budget, as entrance is free. We also have great deals for European destinations like cheap flights to Graz

A favorite gelato spot in town is Gay-Odin, but really, how can you go wrong with any gelato place really?
