My flight is listed with one airline but is operated by another. Which airline should I check-in with?
You may notice that you are booked on a particular airline however the flight is operated by another. For example, a flight with Lufthansa may be listed as LH 0001 but is operated by Air Canada. It will be indicated on your itinerary which airline is operating the flight. In a case like this, you should check in with the airline you bought the ticket from. Using the example above you would check in at the Lufthansa ticket counter. If there is no Lufthansa ticket counter at the airport, then you would proceed to check in at the operating carrier's ticket counter, in this case, Air Canada.
