You credit card could be declined due to several reasons. We would recommend that you follow the steps below and try to submit your payment information again.
- Verify again that you have correctly entered you account number and expiration date information
- Make sure that the billing address you are submitting is the same address where you receive your monthly statement. (if you’ve recently moved, or if you do not receive your statements in the mail, call you bank and verify you billing address)
- Verify that you have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of your purchase
- Call your credit card company and inform them that you will be making a purchase on FlightHub.com
If after following these steps your payment is still being declined, we recommend that you call your bank to assist you.
