About Valencia

Valencia is classified as a first class municipality found in the central Philippine province of Negros Oriental. The city closest to the town is Dumaguete City, the capital and largest city in Negros Oriental. Valencia is composed of 24 districts or villages called barangays. Six Flags Magic Mountain

From Interstate 5 highway, visitors traveling to the city of Valencia, California, would know that they have finally arrived as they are greeted by the view of Six Flags Magic Mountain, one of the most popular amusement parks in the city. Opened to the public in 1971, the amusement park was simply known back then as Magic Mountain. The name Six Flags Magic Mountain was only used back in 1980 after the park was purchased by Six Flags from Newhall Land and Farming Company the year before.
