Basilique Saint-Sernin - Built of brick, stone and tile in the eleventh to the thirteenth centuries, Basilique Saint-Sernin is the largest Romanesque church in Europe (115 m long). The basilica was once an important step on the road to Saint Jacques de Compostela, which explains its astonishing dimensions. It houses the tomb of Saint-Saturnin (Sernin), a Christian martyr and bishop founder of Christianity in Toulouse. The crypt of the basilica contains many relics. Located on the same site, the Saint-Raymond Museum, housed in a former school in the sixteenth century, is a good complement to the history of the city and has a great archaeological collection.

The Capitol - Built in the eighteenth century, the former palace of Capitol is now the seat of the town hall and also houses the National Theatre du Capitole. This is one of the most remarkable buildings of Toulouse, with its long façade of 128 m, its eight pink marble columns illustrious rooms, inspired by the gallery of the Palazzo Farnese in Rome. It was constructed in the late nineteenth century by Paul Pujol.

Hotel Assezat and Foundation Bemberg - This magnificent mansion of the sixteenth century, built by a wealthy merchant in pastel colors, is undoubtedly the most beautiful mansion in the city and reason enough to book cheap flights to Toulouse. Today it houses a collection of paintings, bronzes and art objects belonging to the Bemberg Foundation. Particularly noticeable is a set of about thirty paintings by Pierre Bonnard.
