About Skikda

Skikda is a port city on the Gulf of Stora and also known as Sakikdah or Sukaikidah. The city serves as the capital of Skikda District in the province with the same name. It was the ancient Roman city called Rusicale which was later destroyed by an East Germanic tribe called the Vandals.
