Travelling to the North part of Uganda, one cannot fail to notice the difference from the bustle of Kampala city and the calmness of Paidha city. The city of Paidha can be found in the district of Zombo, the sub-region of West Nile and bordering the Democratic Rep of Congo. It is approximately 360 Kilometers Northwest of Uganda’s capital, which is Kampala. Paidha lies on the latitude 02.4170 and 30.9855 longitude. Bordering DRC (Congo Democratic Republic), Paidha is the busiest border in Uganda. Therefore, a lot of economic activity takes place based on the quantity of the place’s imports and exports.
