Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve is a well-planned newly born town, located in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, the French-speaking Belgian part in Walloon Brabant, a Belgian province. The 2007 futuristic structure of Hergé Museum was the brainchild of the French architect Christian de Portzampa, a Pritzker Prize winner.
