Londrina is a large city of around 500,000 inhabitants and was named after British engineers who built the railroad to help transport produce from the coffee plantations. Londrina still has some British influences in town and although the city was once a heavy exporter of the world’s coffee this has reduced in recent years. The city is famous for several attractions in town and one of these is the Ayrton Senna Racing Track. There are some lovely parks in the city too which are perfect for walks. One is the Parque Arthur Thomas and there are more. Another day drip from Londrina is to Lago Igapo which is a picturesque lake with walks and fishing. Flighthub has the best deal to Governador Jose Richa and is a website worth checking out.
