Cheap Flights to Bab Ezzouar

Algeria which is located right beside Morocco is visited by hundreds of thousands of people every year. One of the towns visited here is Bab Ezzouar, a suburb of the Algeria’s capital city. It is only a few minutes away from the center of Algiers. A well-known university is also located here: University of Science and Technology of Houari Boumediene (USTHB). Jardin d’Essai is a park constructed by the French during their rule in Algeria which has several floral species, a great place for late afternoon walks. A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Kasbah of Algeria, is located a few blocks from here.

Several hotels in Bab Ezzouar area include the Ibis Alger Aeroport and the Grand Hotel Mercure Alger Aeroport. There are more in the center of Algiers with famous international hotel chains like Sofitel and the Hilton. You can go for vacation rentals which are a better and cheaper option if you stay longer in the area. Because this is the capital’s market town, it is definitely a good place to shop. Clothing, woolen carpets and rugs and even pottery can be bought here.

You can drive around in a rental car or even a motorcycle. It is best to use the latter since traffic can get pretty bad in the city.
