Our web site displays information about travel locations, airfares, flight times and dates, tours, packages, insurance, cruises, transportation, foreign currency, schedules, travel companies and other material related to travel.
This information is supplied to us by Third Party providers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation and information suppliers. We have taken reasonable care to ensure it is correct and up to date; however we cannot check the accuracy of such information.
You are responsible for obtaining all passport, visa, health information and other requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit.
Canadian citizens are required to present a current valid Canadian passport for entry or transit through most countries. Please consult the Visa requirements section found on the Government of Canada website: http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/documents/visas for all entry/exit requirements, travel tips and local health information.
If you are a non-Canadian citizen or require assistance, please visit www.visahq.ca or contact us and we will assist you in obtaining such information; however, the final responsibility for obtaining the necessary information and complying with any passport, visa, and health requirements remains with you solely.
The details of the prices, packages, tours, flights, and other information displayed on the web site are subject to change without notice. The travel products and services described on the web site are subject to availability.
Baggage Policy: Baggage allowance and policies differ by airline. You are responsible for verifying the baggage policy before your departure. We are attempting to display accurate baggage fee information but accuracy is not guaranteed. Baggage fees are not included in the cost of your trip. Baggage allowance and restrictions will apply to all airlines and are subject to change at any time.
Schedule change: Flight schedule changes or cancellations can occur due to a variety of reasons such as inclement weather, mechanical or crew issues, civil/political unrest. While we try to alert all of our customers by phone or email of any changes, there are instances where the airline does not provide advance notice. Because of this FlightHub recommends that all our customers call the airline or check their flight status online 24 hours in advance of their scheduled departure.
Should you learn that your flight has been cancelled please call us at 1-800-711-1755. We will then deal directly with the airline on your behalf to determine what options are available. If you find yourself at the airport when you learn of such a change, or if you are transiting between flights you must we recommend dealing directly with the airline staff. Please note that in some instances particularly during inclement weather your options may be limited.All affected schedule changes imposed by the Airlines will be notified by email.
All prices displayed on the web site are subject to change without notice until ticketed. In some instances, a fare may change after a reservation has been made. In this case we will contact you to advise you of the fare increase before we proceed any further.
The prices set out on the web site may not include taxes or airport charges or other fees. In this case taxes, airport charges and any additional fees will be displayed during the booking process but prior to payment submission. Special conditions may apply to the prices set out on the web site. In the event that your booking is being processed via third party discounters, a service fee may apply.
This contract permits price increases. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increase is more than 7% (except increases resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal Goods and Services Tax or Harmonized Sales Tax), the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
Please note that all reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event where you, the customer must cancel a reservation we will do everything in our power to assist you. Please note that any cancellations, if permitted, are subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00 per passenger for international flights, $125 for transborder and $75 for domestic flights plus any additional fees charged by any 3rd party suppliers.(airlines, hoteliers, etc.)
Please note that all reservations are non-changeable/non-transferable unless otherwise stated. In the event where a change is permitted such change will be subject to a fee per passenger of $75 for domestic flights, $125.00 for trans-border flights between Canada and the USA, and $150.00 for all other flights, as well as any fees or differences in price charged by any 3rd party suppliers.(airlines, hoteliers, etc.)
Remember that name changes are impossible. If you need to adjust the spelling, you need to cancel your original reservation (if allowed) and make a new reservation with a new flight at the current rate with the correct spelling by paying fees and penalties. It is your responsibility to check the spelling of all passenger names before submitting your booking.
The rate applied on the date of issuance of the ticket is only valid for a ticket fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments on the dates indicated. Improper use may result in cancellation of the whole trip.
Pricing is displayed in US and/or Canadian currency.
FlightHub Purchase Guarantee feature cannot be removed or credited once your reservation has been submitted.
3. Payment and flight information and confirmation
If you see any unusual charges on your bill, identified as international or foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank or credit card company for further explanation. Some banks and credit cards impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a U.S. credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee.
This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Web site. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since FLIGHTHUB may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
Booking notification: After your purchase you should receive an email titled 'booking notification'. In some circumstances your booking will provide you with a confirmation number before a ticket has been issued. In this case, the booking process is not complete and the fare is subject to change until a ticket is issued.
After your ticket has been issued you should receive your electronic ticket.
We recommend that you re-confirm your flight reservation with the airline 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior to departure for international flights.
4. Suitability of travel products and services
We do not represent that any travel products and services set out on our web site will be suitable for you.
You release us from any claims in relation to the travel products and services described on our web site, including but not limited to claims that the travel products and services are not suitable.
The rules in this clause apply to 'specials' displayed on our web site. The site rules set out above also apply to 'specials'.
'Specials' are available for a limited time. You must check with us whether a 'special' displayed on our web site is still available.
There may be particular terms and conditions that apply to 'specials'. You must contact us or the Third Party provider of the 'special' to determine whether any particular terms and conditions apply.
You must pay for 'specials' booked by you and confirmed by us within 72 hours of booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. Failure to pay for the 'special' within this time may result in cancellation of the booking.
We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to cancellation in these circumstances.
